The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our team on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster.
This role will oversee road construction projects across regional Queensland, ensuring compliance with DTMR and local council specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for DTMR and council roadworks projects
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
Manage subcontractors, plant, and materials to achieve project milestones
Conduct site inspections,



toolbox talks, and risk assessments
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress
Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and QA documentation
Operate and delivery of plant and equipment as required
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience supervising DTMR and council roadworks projects
Strong understanding of MRTS specifications, traffic management, and road construction methodologies
Ability to manage teams, coordinate works, and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
Experience with stabilisation, drainage, pavement construction, and bitumen sealing is highly desirable
Strong commitment to workplace health & safety and environmental compliance
Current White Card, Driver License (MC preferred), and relevant tickets
Multi Skilled Operator with appropriate tickets and skills.
