Flynn Group ANZ is seeking Field Trainers to support Wendy's ANZ expansion.
Based in Brisbane or Melbourne, this full-time role requires regular travel between restaurants to build crew capability and performance.
You will deliver hands-on training, onboard current hires, and certify staff, while upholding Wendy's standards for service, food safety and operations.
You'll partner with restaurant leaders region-wide.
