The Hinterland Hotel / Motel is looking for a driven, floor-owning Assistant Manager to step up and run the floor at one of the coolest, most diverse assets on the Gold Coast.

On any given shift, you could be orchestrating a bustling dinner service in the bistro, overseeing an epic private event in our function spaces, running the floor in our premier gaming room, or making sure our motel guests are enjoying a first-class stay.

A Day In The Life Of An Assistant Manager Get to know the locals so well they think you're part of the crewSupport the Publican to keep the pub running smoothly, safely, and with a great vibeLearn the ropes of being a Publican while leading a team of absolute hospo legendsHandle hiccups before they turn into headachesBring the energy, the service, and the smiles every single shift Inherent Requirements This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries).
