Key Responsibilities:
Work unsupervised
Set up woodworking machinery
Read shop drawings
Complete jobs to a very high level of quality
Maintain and care for tools and equipment
Adhere to the company's safety protocols and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements
Maintain a clean and organized work area on a daily basis
Uphold the company's Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S;) policy
Skills and Experience:
Construction or trade background
Valid Driver's license
Valid white card (construction safety certification)
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Able to multitask effectively and prioritize safety
