We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-orientedAccounts Clerkto join our Finance Team based in our Brisbane Head Office.
About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the financial operations of the firm and ensuring the accurate management of client and business accounts.
Your responsibilities will include:
Daily bank reconciliations
Trust transfers
Trust accounting journals
Managing debtors and creditors




Petty cash management
Drawing cheques
Invoicing
Assisting with general finance administration and reporting activities as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
At least 12 months' experience in an accounts, finance or bookkeeping role, ideally within a skilled services environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Sound written and verbal communication skills
Desirable but not essential:
Previous legal accounting experience
Experience working within a multi-state organisation
