Veterinary Receptionist
THE FRONT DESK ISN'T ADMIN HERE.
IT'S THE HEARTBEAT OF THE CLINIC.
Our receptionist Billy is moving on after buying a home and starting an exciting recent chapter.
We're thrilled for him.
We're also going to miss him.
Billy has been a huge part of our clinic, and finding the right person to replace him matters.
Because the front desk isn't just where appointments get booked.
It's where first impressions are created.
It's where worried pet owners find reassurance.
It's where clients decide whether they trust us.
And that's why we're looking carefully.
WHO THRIVES HERE?
The best receptionists...
Create calm in busy environments.
Make people feel acknowledged.
Stay organised when others become overwhelmed.
Communicate clearly.
Notice the details that prevent problems later.
And when a worried client walks through the door, they help them feel a little more certain than they did five minutes earlier.
Veterinary experience isn't essential.
But experience working with people absolutely is.
If you're someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy day, takes pride in helping things run smoothly, and genuinely cares about how people feel when they interact with the clinic, you'll probably thrive here.
WHAT THE ROLE REALLY IS
This role sits at the centre of the clinic.
You're often the first voice people hear, the first face they see,

and the person who helps shape their experience with us.
People arrive worried, uncertain, emotional, or simply needing help.
Your role isn't to carry that emotion.
Your role is to bring calm, clarity and confidence to the situation.
When this role is done well, people leave feeling more informed, more supported, and more certain about what comes next.
WHY PEOPLE STAY WITH US
Reception isn't treated as an afterthought here.
It's a valued and respected part of the team.
You'll be supported by experienced nurses and veterinarians who genuinely work together.
You'll be trusted to do your job well.
You'll be encouraged to contribute ideas.
And you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference every single day.
Most of our clients are wonderful people who deeply care about their pets and genuinely appreciate the help they receive.
Like any veterinary clinic, there are occasionally difficult days and emotional situations.
But you're never expected to carry those alone.
PAY
We pay above award, and for the right person we're prepared to pay well.
INTERESTED?
If you're looking for a role where you'll be valued, supported, and able to make a genuine difference every day, we'd love to hear from you.
Give us a call on ******** *** for more information and have a pen and paper handy!!!
We look forward to meeting you.
