We are looking for a well-rounded, enthusiastic candidate to step into one of our Sunshine Coast Portfolios.
The role:
Day to day property management with routine inspections
Very efficiently run portfolio
Excellent clients and hand‐picked tenants
End to end leasing
No new business targets
No dealing with escalated issues
No QCAT
No trust accounting
Minimum 6-12 months industry experience required




Our ideal candidate is someone who is happy to settle into a long‐term role
Current Real Estate Registration Certificate must be held at the time of application
Full Current Australian Drivers License
Knowledge of CRM systems – we use Property Me – training provided if necessary
Above all – an honest, caring attitude!
