The Role As a Level 3 Support Engineer, you'll act as a senior escalation point within the Service Desk team, supporting multiple client environments and resolving complex technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide Level 3 technical support and escalations
Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure and infrastructure issues
Support networking and security environments
Maintain technical documentation
Collaborate with project delivery teams

Essential Experience
Previous MSP experience
Microsoft 365 administration
Windows Server
Active Directory
Strong networking and troubleshooting skills
Highly Regarded
Compliance and governance exposure
Microsoft certifications
