YOUR ROLE
As a key valued lawyer, reporting to & being mentored 1:1 by a talented senior TEAM LEADER you will love thevariety+immensesatisfactionhelping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their :
Workers Compensation/work injury damages; and
Common law claims (CTP & public liability).
You will be at the'front-line'highly autonomously managing your own files and clients.
Specifically, you will be:
Meeting with clients/obtaining instructions, reviewing medical evidence, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claims, liaising with insurers/their solicitors and doctors, drafting various legal/court documents,



briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admittedsolicitorin NSW;
have minimum 2 years post-admission OR MOREPLAINTIFF personal injury legal experience;
have had statutoryworkers compensationexperience+ preferably one or more other areas ofcommon laweg WID, public liability, CTP law;
have strong communication and interpersonal skills;
are highlyorganizedand can meetdeadlines;
can work in avibrant, fast-pacedenvironment;
