You will handle inbound and outbound calls, online enquiries, capture patient details and book consultations, while helping refine call guides as the clinic scales.
The role follows a rostered shift from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with expansion as the centre grows; Hybrid work is available after training, offering a balance of in-office and at-home days.
