About the Role
Working alongside an experienced team of Building Surveyors and certification professionals, you'll be involved in the assessment, certification and compliance of a wide range of commercial developments across Queensland.
The role offers exposure to diverse projects and provides excellent opportunities for technical development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Review building applications and documentation for compliance
Provide advice on the National Construction Code (NCC) and relevant legislation
Assist with building approvals and certification processes
Liaise with developers, architects, builders and consultants
Conduct site inspections and compliance assessments where required
Support the delivery of commercial building projects from approval through to completion

About You
Experience in Building Surveying, Building Certification or a related field
Residential or commercial certification experience considered
Understanding of the NCC and building regulations
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Relevant qualifications in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Queensland registration/licensing is advantageous but not essential
