Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced agency recruiter to take ownership of a high-performing 360 degree recruitment desk while mentoring and supporting junior members of the team in Adelaide.
Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across temporary and permanent opportunities
Develop and maintain strong client partnerships
Identify opportunities for account growth and business development
Source, assess, and secure top talent
Deliver outstanding candidate and client experiences
Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters where required
Contribute to team capability and performance
Attend networking, industry, and client events
Build and nurture talent communities within your specialist market
Qualifications
3+ years' experience within agency recruitment
Experience recruiting across professional, corporate, business support, sales, marketing,



customer service, or other white‐collar markets
Strong business development and client management capability
Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting developing recruiters, or a desire to take on a broader leadership role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
A proactive, self‐motivated, and goal‐oriented mindset
The ability to influence, negotiate, and build credibility with clients and candidates alike
