Claims Technician - Property Insurance (Strata)

About the Role
We're looking for a Claims Technician to support our Loss Adjusters in managing Strata Insurance claims.
Previous experience processing Property Insurance claims is highly regarded, but not essential.
If you're highly computer literate, learn new software quickly, and enjoy helping people, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
Assist in the management of Strata Insurance claims
Maintain accurate electronic claim files and records.
Liaise with Insurers, Body Corporates, Brokers, Contractors and Policyholders.
Prepare correspondence, interim reports and claim documentation.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Support Loss Adjusters with day-to-day claim management.




About You
Experience in Property Insurance claims is preferred but not essential.
Excellent computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to to detail and organisational skills.
Professional, empathetic and customer-focused.
Able to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks.
