Selection criteria
Relevant tertiary-level qualifications
5+ years' experience consulting, designing and developing online and blended learning
Knowledge and experience with Learning Management Systems and MS Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work on complex projects within tight timeframes; utilising prioritisation and multitasking skills
Ability to transform complex information into professionally designed, engaging and effective programs
Previous experience in the utilities and/or public sectors
