We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join one of our close-knit practices in Brisbane!
If you're an experienced Receptionist from a Medical or Dental background - we'd love to hear from you!
Please note, applicants must be able to work in our Shailer Park & Capalaba locations
What you will do
Greet patients warmly and manage the appointment schedule, including booking and confirming appointments
Update and maintain patient information with a high level of attention to detail
Manage phone calls and enquiries efficiently in a high-volume environment
Cross-train in the clinical area of the practice, to support in clinic when required
Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the practice runs smoothly
What you will bring




Experienced Receptionist with minimum 2-3 year's experience on Front Desk
You're friendly, enthusiastic, and motivated about developing your dental career
Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Access to own vehicle, able to travel between Shailer Park & Capalaba
You are adaptable, reliable, and quick to learn new skills
