You are a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and thrives in a collaborative healthcare environment.
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Demonstrated ability to provide safe, patient-centred nursing care.
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in an outpatient, ambulatory care, procedural, medical, surgical, or acute care setting will be highly regarded.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
A commitment to delivering high standards of quality, safety and patient experience.
Sound clinical judgement and the ability to prioritise workload in a dynamic environment.
A proactive approach to continuous learning, professional development and evidence-based practice.
A positive, flexible attitude and a genuine commitment to Mater's values and mission.
A passion for contributing to the ongoing growth and development of the Outpatients Department.
