About the Role
As an Automotive Estimator, you'll play a critical role in the repair process, acting as the key point of contact between customers, insurers, suppliers, and the workshop team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing accurate repair quotations and assessments
Liaising with insurance companies, customers, and work providers
Conducting vehicle inspections, damage assessments, and photographic records
Coordinating parts ordering to support efficient repair schedules
Monitoring repair progress and ensuring customer expectations are met
Providing outstanding customer service throughout the repair journey
Working closely with technicians and production teams to achieve timely outcomes
Maintaining accurate job records and documentation
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience as an Automotive Estimator within the collision repair industry
Strong knowledge of vehicle construction, repair methods, and estimating practices
Experience using estimating systems such as
Audanet, iBodyshop, PartsCheck
,



or similar platforms
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Sound computer literacy and administrative capabilities
The ability to prioritise workloads and thrive in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
