About COMO Therapy
COMO Therapy is a mobile paediatric therapy service supporting children and adolescents across Canberra.
We provide practical, evidence-based therapy that helps children participate more confidently at home, school and in the community. Every therapy program is tailored to each child's goals and designed to achieve meaningful, real-world outcomes.
As a smaller paediatric clinic, we intentionally keep caseloads manageable so our clinicians have the time to deliver high-quality, individualised care rather than rushing from appointment to appointment.

Your responsibilities will include:

Delivering mobile therapy services across homes, schools, daycares and community settings
Assessing movement, strength, mobility and functional participation
Developing individualised therapy and exercise programs tailored to each child's goals
Helping children improve strength, coordination, mobility, endurance and participation in everyday activities
Working collaboratively with families, educators and other allied health professionals
Providing clinical direction and support for Allied Health Assistant-delivered programs
Completing clinical documentation, progress notes and NDIS reports
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships with children and families and wants to make a genuine difference.
A recognised Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology qualification
Current AHPRA registration (Physiotherapist) or ESSA accreditation (Accredited Exercise Physiologist)
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
A current driver's licence and your own vehicle
Current WWVP registration and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Full working rights in Australia
Genuine passion for working with children and families
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
