You will manage a portfolio of residential properties across Sydney's Inner West, South West, and Norwest regions. The ideal candidate is organised, resilient, and committed to following established systems and procedures to maintain a high standard of property management.
Your Role
Manage a portfolio of residential properties in a locale.
Conduct routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing inspections, and quality assurance checks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation,



and documented procedures.
Deliver timely communication and proactive problem-solving.
Meet established KPIs while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Follow structured workflows and standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
