Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of approximately 190 commercial, industrial and retail assets
Build and maintain robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Oversee lease administration, lease renewals and rent reviews
Negotiate leases and manage tenancy fit-outs and make-good works
Coordinate maintenance and oversee contractor performance
Manage rental arrears, outgoing reconciliations and lease breaches
Prepare client reports, budgets and capital expenditure forecasts
Conduct regular property inspections
Liaise with solicitors, valuers, insurers and leasing agents
Drive portfolio performance and achieve operational KPIs
Additional Earning Potential:
In addition to your salary package, you'll have the opportunity to earn
circa $30,000 per year
in commissions through:
Leasing renewals
Lease attendance and preparation fees
Sales and leasing referrals
New business generation
Bringing your realistic
OTE up to approximately $170k

What You'll Need
Previous Commercial Property Management experience
Current NSW Real Estate Licence
Strong knowledge of commercial lease administration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
