About the role:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences through personalised skincare, makeup, and fragrance consultations
Build long-lasting client relationships through expert advice, clienteling, and follow-up service
Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the team
Maintain strong product knowledge, staying up to date with new launches and brand education
Ensure the counter is visually merchandised and maintained to Estée Lauder's luxury standards
Assist with stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and general counter upkeep
Represent the Estée Lauder brand with polished grooming, professionalism, and passion
Support in-store events, launches, and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales
Work collaboratively within the team to create a positive, respectful, and performance-driven culture
