We're looking for a proven Pre-Owned Sales Manager who is ready to take ownership of one of Brisbane's biggest opportunities and drive it beyond 100 used vehicle sales per month.
This isn't a role for a passenger.
This is a role for someone who wants to sit in the driver's seat, make the key decisions, be accountable for the results and build something special.

Your mission is simple:
Build a Pre-Owned operation capable of consistently delivering 100+ units per month while maintaining strong gross profit, disciplined inventory management and an outstanding customer experience.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
You don't just hit targets.
You will:
Drive volume, gross profit and market share growth
Build and execute a disciplined stock acquisition strategy
Maintain market-leading inventory and pricing standards
Control stock ageing and turn
Lead pricing decisions with confidence and commercial awareness
Develop a high-performance sales culture
Work closely with New Vehicle, Service and Finance teams to maximise opportunities
Be on the front line when needed and lead from the front
This is not a role for someone who wants to manage from behind a desk.

You've already succeeded in used cars.
You understand that great departments aren't built on luck.

You'll ideally have:
Proven experience leading a Pre-Owned or Used Vehicle department
Strong appraisal and vehicle purchasing capability
Exceptional inventory management skills
A track record of improving sales performance and profitability
High levels of commercial and financial acumen
Energy, accountability and a genuine desire to win
The ability to develop and inspire people
Most importantly, you're someone who doesn't wait for results.
