Access Services Group is the service division of Access Group Australia and is a major provider to the Australian sales and rental equipment industry providing service and support. We specialise in the maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of equipment, including scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, lighting towers, and generators supplied by world-leading brands such as Genie, JGL, Merlo, and Globe Power.
We're excited to offer an chance for a skilled and motivated Mechanic / Service Technician to join our growing team at our Hexham branch.
This is a full time permanent onsite role working Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our fleet to the highest standards, both in the workshop and occasionally at client sites. Your key responsibilities will include:
The responsibilities of this role will include;
Performing scheduled maintenance, inspections, diagnostics and repairs
Ensuring equipment is maintained in line with manufacturer, company and Australian standards
Building strong, professional relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Completing workshop-based duties and field service work when required
Working within company policies, procedures and systems
Maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality at all times
