Join SHINE SA as a Medical Administration Officer!
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Medical Administration Officer (MAO) to join our team at Davoren Park. This 12-month fixed-term position offers a regular work schedule of one day per week, every Monday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
There will also be opportunities to work additional days across other SHINE SA sites to provide leave coverage and support the wider team.

About the Role:
As a
Medical Administration Officer
, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Clinical Team. This position is perfect for someone with exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for making a difference. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping to create a welcoming and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide professional, responsive medical reception services
Schedule and manage client appointments
Maintain accurate client records and support clinical operations
Processing Medicare payments
Assist with administrative tasks, including mail, facility management, and financial data
Contribute to a positive client experience and uphold SHINE SA's values
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of medical terminology and experience in clinical administration
