Healthy Hills Horticulture – Fernleigh NSW
Healthy Hills is a growing horticultural consulting business based in the Northern Rivers. We work with more than 100 macadamia nut growers along the east coast, providing practical support with pest and orchard nutrition management. We are a small team, but we are growing quickly and looking for someone who can help improve our systems and keep our day-to-day processes running smoothly.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an organised and practical person to support our administration, systems and client communications. This role would suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable working with different systems, and is interested in improving how things are done.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly and monthly invoicing
Coordinating newsletters and client correspondence
Supporting improvements to our systems and digitised processes
Optimise data capture and reporting
Data entry between system as required
Coordination of soil and plant samples with couriers and laboratory
Basic website maintenance
Additional administrative or financial duties as the role expands.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong administration and organisational skills
Experience with Quickbooks and Mailchimp
Confidence using Microsoft Office or similar business systems
High attention to detail
Good written communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities
Experience maintaining or updating a multi-page website
Experience with setting up databases or client management systems.
