Assisting tenants with rental enquiries
Maintaining high level communication with tenants
Assisting the Property Manager with daily tasks such as inspections,



leasing and maintenance
The preferred candidate will have;
High attention to detail with a methodical approach
High level communication skills both verbal & written
Aim to deliver a customer experience not just customer service
Drivers licence and own reliable car (company car available during office hours)
Professional personal presentation
A desire to grow their knowledge and excel in Property Management
Strong belief in our company values and culture
Salary negotiable with experience
