About the Role
As an Operations Specialist, you will support the day-to-day operations of our dealership clients and help ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will work closely with dealerships, the Country Manager and our headquarters team to support client onboarding, maintain accurate data and assist with daily operational activities.
This role is well suited to candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are looking to develop their career in operations within a fast-growing AI technology company. Training and support will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main operational contact for dealership clients and support day-to-day operational activities.
Support client onboarding, including platform and advertising account authorisations, store and inventory setup.
Manage client expectations and provide regular operational updates.
Coordinate content review and posting schedules with dealerships.
Conduct in office dealership visits to support setup,



resolve operational issues and strengthen client relationships.
Maintain client agreements, service documentation and operational records.
Support the end-to-end operational process from account setup through lead delivery and reporting.
Maintain accurate vehicle model, specification, pricing and promotional information.
Monitor advertising spend, lead volume and operational data accuracy.
Assist in preparing weekly and monthly operational reports.
Support continuous improvement of operational processes, CRM and workflow documentation.
Work closely with Product, R&D; and internal teams to support product localisation and operational improvements.
About You
0–2 years' experience in Operations, Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field is preferred.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Comfortable visiting dealership locations when required.
Mandarin and English communication skills are highly regarded.
Must have unrestricted Australian work rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
