The Role:
As the Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving sales, exceeding company KPIs, and inspiring a talented sales team. We need a go-getter who thrives working independently and loves styling up a storm.



Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating your team to achieve and surpass sales goals
Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, offering personalised styling advice
Implementingvisual merchandisingstandards to create an engaging and inspiring store environment
Training and developing your team to ensure exceptional service and performance
Being the face of the store, providing a memorable shopping experience for every client
Skills & Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in retail management, ideally in apparel
A proven ability to deliver personalised styling experiences and a love for styling up a storm
Previous experience in concession management is a plus
High energy and a vibrant personality
Experience managing budgets and KPIs, and achieving company targets
Attention to detail with strong visual merchandising skills
