What you'll need
Previous experience in residential property management.
A sound understanding of Queensland Residential Tenancy Legislation.
A current driver's licence.
A current Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and professionalism.
Confidence, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset.
