About the Role
The Setter is the front line of our sales engine.
You're the first voice a prospect hears - and you set the tone for everything that follows.
This is not a pure inbound role.
Yes, you'll work inbound enquiries quick (within 5 minutes wherever possible).
But when the inbound queue slows, you're already on the phones, in the DMs, or working your prospect list.
You build your pipeline.
You don't wait for it.
You'll qualify leads, run Triage calls, book high-quality Growth Calls into our Closers' calendars, and re-engage warm and dormant opportunities.
You'll also represent Geronimo at live events - workshops, masterminds, summits - qualifying and booking leads on-site.
The mix of inbound and outbound will shift.
What doesn't shift is that you own your number either way.
What You'll Be Doing
Contact inbound leads within 5 minutes across phone, DM, chat, and email
Book high-quality Growth Calls into the closing team's calendar




Build and work your own outbound pipeline - cold outreach, follow-up sequences, re-engagement of dormant leads
Farm warm opportunities from referrals, podcast listeners, event attendees, and content
Attend and prospect at Geronimo live events
Maintain a self-managed pipeline you can speak to at any moment
Participate in call reviews, role plays, and team huddles
Who We're Looking For
A hunter as much as a responder - you build pipeline, you don't just service it
Equally effective on the phone, in a DM, on Zoom, or in-person at a live event
Resilient - a tough call doesn't become a slow day; a slow inbound week doesn't become a slow pipeline
Coachable - you see call reviews and direct feedback as the fastest path to better commissions
Self-managing - you know who's in your pipeline, where they are, and what the next move is
Two or more years in sales; comfortable with speed and volume
Genuinely passionate about health and fitness - you understand the world our clients operate in
