Lilly & Lotus is the leading name in events and floristry in Central Queensland. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Florist to lead the floristry arm of our business and help shape our next chapter.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a confident florist who thrives in a fast-paced, creative setting and is ready to step into a senior position with real influence.
About the Role
Lead and manage the floristry operations across retail, weddings, events and corporate clients
Oversee daily workflow, stock control, ordering and supplier relationships
Manage, train and roster floristry staff
Conduct bridal and event consultations and develop quotes and floral concepts
Create high-quality floral designs aligned with our brand's aesthetic
Drive visual merchandising, seasonal product ranges and in-store presentation
Assist with event installs, pack-downs and destination weddings
Work closely with the General Manager to drive growth and performance
About You




Proven experience in floristry (senior or management experience highly regarded)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organisation and time management abilities
A creative eye with a modern, high-end design style
Confident working autonomously and meeting deadlines
Current driver's license and reliable transport
Availability for weekend work (primarily Saturdays)
