Workshop Administrator

Working closely with the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role coordinating workshop administration, managing inventory and parts, raising purchase orders, scheduling servicing, and supporting day-to-day maintenance operations.

Workshop Administrator

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing workshop inventory, stock levels,



consumables, spare parts and equipment records
Raising and tracking purchase orders while ensuring timely approvals and reconciliations
Coordinating servicing schedules, inspections, registrations, repairs and maintenance requirements
Liaising with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders regarding parts and servicing needs
Monitoring workshop tools and equipment registers and conducting stocktakes
Updating servicing registers and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating truck and trailer repairs and registrations
Assisting with continuous improvement of workshop processes and systems
Supporting a safe, organised and efficient workshop environment
To Be Successful You Will Have
Previous administration experience within workshop, maintenance, transport, logistics, construction or industrial environments preferred
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Experience with purchase orders, invoicing or inventory control highly regarded
Confidence communicating with suppliers, contractors and internal teams
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
Proficiency using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
Current Class C Driver Licence essential
A positive attitude with willingness to support the broader team
