The Opportunity
Are you hard working and looking for a role driving and a solid amount of work hours each week?
Successful candidates should bereliable, flexible to do rostered, on call work and overtime pay and have a passion for driving large vehicles.
Your preference for variety, a safety focus and working independently in both Day and Nightshifts will ensure your success .
You will work in and around the suburbs of Sydney, be based at our Jamisontown depot and report to the very hands-on Branch Manager.
If you are a Driver who wants toswitch to a recent careeras a Sweeper Operator and have no sweeping experience necessary - we will train you!

Main Responsibilities of the Role
Performing of all required road and site sweeping duties as scheduled
Performing any general labouring duties that may be required
Ensuring road sweeping work meets the standards of management and the expectations of customers
The completion of site inductions and accreditation with respect to customer sites where required
Performing all required start-up, wash-down, end of shift, and routine maintenance procedures
To be great at this role, you must:
Must have a current New South WalesMR licenseor higher
Have minimum of12 months truck driving experience,with manual driving ability or if no/minimal experience, bring awillingness to be trained
Happy and willing to workvaried & flexible hours, including overtime & weekend work; this is essential.
Able towork independently
Bring strong practicaltime managementskills
Have the ability tofollow instructions, can easily navigate street maps and comply with safe work methods
Can work and learn in ateam setting
Be willing to undergo apre-employment medical & drug and alcohol screen
