About the Role
As a Property Manager, you'll manage your own portfolio while being supported by an experienced team, dedicated administration support and proven systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a residential portfolio
Delivering exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants
Building long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication
Conducting routine inspections and leasing inspections
Coordinating maintenance and repairs efficiently
Preparing properties for lease and overseeing marketing campaigns
Negotiating lease renewals and rent reviews
Working collaboratively with our Sales, Leasing and Administration teams
About You
We're looking for someone who is positive, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
You will have:
Previous Property Management experience (preferred)
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
High attention to detail
A genuine desire to build a long-term career
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle




The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
