Your Mission
As theOperations Manager, you'll oversee allwarehouse operations while also taking ownership of theClick & Collectexperience, ensuring customers receive fast, accurate and seamless servicefrom order through to collection.You must hold a valid forklift license.
You'll be responsible for:
Leadingall warehouse, receivals and despatch operations
Managingthe Click & Collect operation to deliver an outstanding customerexperience
Drivingstock accuracy and inventory control
Maintainingreplenishment and merchandising standards




Leading,coaching and developing a high-performing operations team
Managingrosters to meet operational and trading requirements
AchievingKPIs across productivity, safety, inventory accuracy and customer service
Identifyingand implementing process improvements to increase operational efficiency
Workingclosely with the Retail Business Manager and Sales Managers to supportoverall store performance
Ensuringworkplace health and safety standards are maintained at all times
Buildinga culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement

Youhave leadership experience in warehouse, retail operations or logistics
Youhave experience managing Click & Collect or customer fulfilmentoperations
Youenjoy leading from the front and developing high-performing teams
You'reorganised, proactive and thrive in a fast-paced workplace
Youhave strong problem-solving skills and enjoy improving operationalprocesses
Youunderstand inventory management and warehouse best practices
Experiencein retail warehousing, logistics or distribution is highly regarded
