Position
Due to continued growth, a Hairdresser position has become available within the Rouse Hill salon.
This is a client-facing role delivering cutting, colouring, styling and treatment services in a structured, well-supported environment.

Responsibilities will include:
Delivering high-quality cutting, colouring, blowdrying and styling services.
Conducting professional consultations with structured booking times.
Maintaining strong rebooking and retail recommendations.
Upholding professional presentation and salon standards.

Contributing to overall salon performance and client satisfaction.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Hairdresser with 3+ years' salon experience.
You will take pride in your craft, value client experience, and be seeking a stable, supportive environment with clear earning pathways.
An interest in progressing into senior or management roles will be highly regarded.
The key attributes of an ideal candidate would include:
Certificate III in Hairdressing - fully qualified.
Minimum 3 years' experience in a professional salon environment.
Solid cutting, colouring and blowdrying skills.
