Dispensary Technicians – Full Time & Part Time

Chemist Discount Centre Gosnells is a busy, high-volume discount pharmacy focused on delivering fast, effective and affordable healthcare to our community.
We are looking for an experienced, confident and highly efficient Dispensary Technician to join our team on a full-time/part-time basis.
This role is suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced dispensary environment, can work independently with minimal supervision, understands the importance of accuracy, workflow and teamwork in a busy community pharmacy.
About the Role
Working alongside our Pharmacists and dispensary team, your responsibilities will include:
Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
Managing dispensary workflow in a high-volume environment
Working independently and maintaining productivity throughout the day
Assisting with Webster packing / Dose Administration Aids
Ordering, filing and managing dispensary stock
Assisting with MedAdvisor and general dispensary administration
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the dispensary
Providing excellent customer service and supporting the wider team when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous pharmacy dispensing experience (essential)




Be able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
Be confident working independently with minimal supervision
Have excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Be reliable, proactive and able to prioritise workload effectively
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Be flexible with roster requirements including weekends and public holidays when required
Completion of an S2/S3 certificate or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy is highly desirable.
