You will oversee pre-construction tasks, costings, scoping, and contractor allocation, ensuring repairs meet budget and KPI targets.
The role requires estimating experience in major loss insurance building, solid attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files with quick turnover.
Travel may be required during insurable events.
