APG Workforce is seeking an experienced
Program Support Officer (AO3)
to join the Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR), based in Buderim.
North Coast Region, QLD
$***** per hour + super
Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
This role sits within the Governance and Design team and provides high-level administrative, coordination and operational support to the Stakeholder Management unit. You will play a key role in managing priorities, improving processes and ensuring effective business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and triage high-volume inboxes, correspondence and stakeholder enquiries
Provide administrative and operational support across the team
Maintain databases, reporting tools and records with accuracy
Assist with governance, compliance and document control activities
Prepare reports, dashboards and updates for stakeholders
Support engagement activities and coordination of resources
Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and workflows
About You:
Demonstrated experience in administration, program support or coordination roles
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
Experience managing stakeholder enquiries and correspondence
Strong Microsoft Office skills including Teams and SharePoint
Ability to work independently while contributing to a cooperative team environment
Experience within Queensland Government or public sector environments highly regarded
