The Role
Working directly alongside our experienced Senior Technicians, you will gain hands‐on, high-quality training across residential and commercial systems. We are seeking a driven, self‐motivated individual who takes immense pride in their work ethic and personal presentation, paired with top‐tier communication skills for interacting with our valued clients.
Key Duties
Assist senior technicians with complex diagnostic fault-finding and installations.
Deliver scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repairs to air conditioning systems.




Execute warranty breakdowns specifically for our core brand partner products.
Complete digital job sheets and reporting accurately via company tablets/phones.
Maintain strict adherence to Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) and safety protocols.
Attend and successfully progress through all mandatory TAFE blocks and internal training.
What We Are Looking For
Experience:
Current 1st, 2nd, or 3rd-year apprentice in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
Licences:
Current valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence.
Local:
Only local Brisbane and Southeast Queensland residents will be considered for this role.
Safety & Compliance:
A valid Construction Blue/White Card or willing to apply for one and ability to pass a clean Police Check.
Attributes:
Exceptional attention to detail, a proactive learning attitude, and solid verbal communication.
Reliability:
Sound judgment, punctuality, and the ability to work cohesively within a team environment.
