About the role
We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef/Cook to join our team at the vibrant Bridgewater Mill -
La Trattoria Famiglia
in the heart of
Adelaide Hills
. This is a permanent full-time role
What you'll be doing
Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met
Provide excellent customer service and work closely with the front-of-house team
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
What we're looking for
Relevant experience as a Chef/Cook, preferably in an Italian or Mediterranean restaurant
Excellent time management and multitasking skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a commitment to food safety and hygiene
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and provide outstanding customer service
