Family Lawyer
with a minimum of five years' post-admission experience. Join a team where your

About the Role:
This position is ideal for a Family Lawyer seeking not only meaningful legal work but a
defined pathway to seniority
. You'll join a talented team of 15+ legal professionals and take on complex, career-advancing files including:
High-value property settlements and financial agreements
Divorce, de facto, and same-sex relationship matters
Parenting disputes, relocation, and child support issues
Spousal maintenance and litigation
The firm provides
structured mentorship




and regular check-ins to help you progress from Solicitor to Senior Associate- and potentially into
practice leadership roles
. You'll work closely with senior lawyers and directors, gaining insight into business strategy, team development, and client management at a high level.
Key Requirements:
5+ years PAE in family law (private practice preferred)
Skilled in independently managing complex matters
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and client relationship management
Team-oriented with a desire to mentor junior lawyers
Interest in long-term career progression and leadership development
