Our Client:
Offering services across Commercial Facilities, Residential Building Management, Concierge and Defect management as well as Cleaning and Landscaping, our client is a wholly Australian owned business that has been operating for over 20 years.
Duties:
Due to ongoing demand for their Building Management services and a lead-flow that cant be managed by this time-poor Director, this is a stellar role. Managing leads handed across and identifying opportunities for recent business across Residential, Commercial and Government your duties will include:
Researching potential opportunities using available company tools, such as BCI, tender search, and tenders.net sites
Liaising with and presenting to Owners Corporations, Strata Committee members, Strata Managers and other potential clientele
Leading the full sales process, from initial outreach to proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals




Collaborating with internal teams to create precise tender responses, service delivery agreements, and customized solutions for clients
Managing your pipeline of prospects
Providing monthly reports on the status of pending requests and updates on upcoming meetings
Specific requirements:
To excel in this role, you should have a proven history in Business Development Management within the Strata or Building Management space, as well as:
A strong understanding of the Facilities and Building Management industry, including both hard and soft services.
Comprehensive knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation, and WHS
Exceptional communication, presentation and IT skills
Be self-motivated and driven to achieve
A valid drivers licence
Exceptional relationships already in place & leads to get started on immediately
