Lifest HealthCare is seeking an experienced Area Coordinator to lead home and community disability supports across the South and Northside of Brisbane. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care in line with NDIS guidelines while supervising a team of Support Workers.
You will coordinate rostering, monitor service delivery, and collaborate with participants, families and health professionals. Full time hours, Monday to Friday, with travel across Brisbane.
