Position Overview:
We are excited to be recruiting for
a full-time Licensed Property Manager
to join our growing Stepney team. Whether you're an experienced manager or looking to take the next step in your property management career, we'd love to hear from you. The successful candidates will be people-focused, strong communicators, and confident in navigating South Australia's property management legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a northern portfolio of residential properties, including routine inspections, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations.
Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants to ensure strong relationships and positive outcomes.
Conduct or support tenant screening processes, including reference checks and rental history verification.
Prepare and manage lease agreements, rent collection, and rental arrears.
Stay informed on SA residential tenancy legislation to ensure compliance.




Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing team to grow our landlord and tenant network.
Requirements:
Current South Australian Property Management licence is essential.
Experience in property management (SA experience preferred).
Strong understanding of residential tenancy laws.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
High attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
Proficiency with property management systems and Microsoft Office.
Full time availability preferred.
