About the Role
As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless clinic experience. This position involves managing daily front-of-house operations, assisting with appointments, and supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and providing a professional,



friendly first impression
Managing phone and email enquiries and scheduling appointments
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Providing administrative support to the clinical team
Ensuring the reception and waiting areas are tidy and inviting
About You
You're warm, polished, and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You enjoy working in a professional environment and thrive on creating a positive experience for every patient.
Must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident with valid work rights.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Previous reception or administration experience (medical or cosmetic clinic experience an advantage, but not essential)
Minimum 2 years of reception or administration experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and strong time management
Confidence using computer-based booking systems and Microsoft Office
A calm, qualified demeanor and a genuine passion for patient care
