We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our growing business. Suitable candidate will be self-motivated, adaptive and enthusiastic who is willing to learn and add value to our growing business.
Job duties
Review and understand the assigned schedule.
Oversee the production and scheduling.
Supervise a team of 20 workers within the factory environment
Prepare and complete the require paperwork necessary by the business
Move material between workstations to ensure continuity of workflow
Drive and motivate work teams to maximise productivity
Maintain safe work practices (OHS) whilst maintaining productivity goals.
Display robust communication skills back to the production manager, as required.




Provide input and assistance for production scheduling
Responsible for ensuring quality checks and control processes are followed
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
Proven experience in supervising small factory teams
Proven experience in the manufacturing industry
High attention to detail - an eye for quality
Some Experience in quality systems, standards will be advantageous
Willing to learn and self-motivated
Experience in automatic spray coating is desirable
Understanding of 2 pack paint system - Highly desired
MUST have valid Visa to work in Australia
Forklift license and driver license (must)
