before jumping into the code. You'll work closely with Product, Architecture and business stakeholders to solve real problems, challenge assumptions and build solutions that genuinely improve the business.
Rather than owning a small piece of a much larger platform, you'll have visibility across the technology landscape and the opportunity to influence architecture, engineering standards and the direction of future products.
What you'll be working on
Designing, building and delivering modern applications using .NET and React
Building scalable REST APIs and integrations
Rebuilding customer-facing platforms and digital experiences
Modernising legacy applications and reducing technical debt
Improving engineering standards, testing and CI/CD practices
Working closely with Product,



Architecture and business stakeholders to understand business problems and design pragmatic solutions
Contributing to architecture decisions and helping shape engineering best practices
Mentoring junior developers and lifting capability across the team

About You

You'll likely bring:
Strong experience developing with C# .NET
Commercial experience with React
Experience designing and building REST APIs
Azure cloud experience
Experience working within modern engineering environments, including CI/CD and automated testing
Confidence working directly with business stakeholders and influencing technical outcomes
Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform or financial services is advantageous, but not essential.
