We are looking for a
reliable and efficient team member
to support our busy service counter.
This role suits someone who enjoys staying active, helping customers, and being part of a team.
What you'll be doing
Serving trade and retail customers at the service counter
Processing orders, invoices and payments accurately
Assisting customers to locate products




Supporting stock organisation and replenishment
Keeping the counter area organised and efficient
This role is ideal for someone who:
Works well in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys practical, hands-on work
Communicates clearly and confidently
Is organised and detail-focused
Calm and effective during busy periods
Takes pride in reliability and punctuality
Experience in plumbing supplies, hardware, building products or trade environments is highly regarded but not essential.
