Watsons Leisure Centre are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team at our ServiceCentre which is located at 251B Pacific Highway, Coffs Harbour.
This chance is available for an individual who has a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise a busy workday to successfully perform this role.
Primary role willbe responsible for organising and scheduling of Service Work and coordinating of repair jobs within the Service Team on Caravans and Motorhomes.
You must have excellent interpersonal andextremely efficient communication and time management skills and be competent in the use of computers as this environment is quite diverse has high volume and requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency in data entry and has the ability to be a great team player.




The successful candidate will have a pro-active, can do attitude where no task is too big or too small and where you can step up to the challenge of working autonomously whilst ensuring that all facets of this role are performed. This is not a role for the faint hearted, it is fast paced and you will be using your customer service and administration skills to provide our valued customers with exceptional service.
Monday to Thursday8.00am to 5.00pm & Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm with overtime on a daily basis. Also one Saturday morning per roster month 8.30am till Midday.
